So that applicants can have a more detailed idea of the characteristics needed for the chosen job, produce a document that can be sent out to applicants explaining why the characteristics are important for the job.

So to be a data administrator you need to be good at computer skills, be understanding and be able to know the hardware and software, you will also need to be trust worthy and be able to be loyal. You will need these skills because you need to be able to understand what you are doing and be able to know what you are doing incase you do something wrong you can correct yourself. Also you will need to be trustworthy because they need to trust you with the data and know you will look after it safely because if you don't you will get fired.

Characteristics would be important for any job because its like expectations, you want to make a good impression. Also, you would want to make people think your confident like you know what your doing and they feel safe and un-sured around you and didnt want to make them worry about you. Also, first impressions are IMPORTANT so you will need to know what your doing and how to do it.
