Copyright- copyright is where a company designs a logo and another company comes along and takes it without the company who designed it's permission and uses it as there own and tries to sell it as the real thing, just like adidas belongs to the adidas trademark.  this is the real logo that no one else is allowed to use or change without the Adidas company allowing, this is a example of copyright which is also fraud,  as it is copying the adidas symbol but just changing the name.


Illtellectual property-
Would be when someone not very creative steals someones work, that someone has made or hacks into it and uses it without the permission, eg- spreadsheets, as some schools have spreadsheets telling students what work to do and say this belongs to lodge park and someone from cba looks at it and takes it, lodge park can sue.

< This is my main band which has Simon Cowell, Ben Swan, Kyle Perry, Zac Efron and Russell Brand.

Simon is the main singer and was the 3rd member to join the band, Ben is the keyboardist and got the band together in the first place. Kyle and Zac are the backing singers who also play the guitar. Russell was the last one to join the band and he plays the drums.


i have commented on emily russells work and thisis the improvement she told me to do.

For my band  to get the right affect i used a range of different tools, for the face i used the cut out tool to cut the faces off the orginal bodies, i also used the blend tool and hue and saturation to get the colour of there skin tone the same and to blend the faces in with the other peoples heads, to make it look good and effective asif there bodies and heads are meant to be attached, i also had the roatate some faces so they were in the correct angle just as the orginal people in the photo were.

Also, for my logo i used fireworks where i got a boarder and then wrote a text on it and had to click 'bring to front' which then brought the writing to the top of the screen, i then had to make the text stand out so you could see what it was saying and then i used the blend tool and different one to the one i used before and was able to blend the top of my logo into the imagine to make it look effective and so it catches your eye.

   This is my two bands i picked, little pinx was my rough one with Abbie Smyth, Darrell Knapp, Thomas Mckay and Reagen Moffat.

This is my band filer which tell you all about the band like where they performing, when, how much. All the information you would need to know if you were wanting to go and see them play.

 This is the logo i made for my band which i made in fireworks and i explained how i done this in my other piece of work.

I used the blending tool to blend the faces into the others peoples body's and to make it look like it supposed to be there natural self. I also used a text tool to write over my logo, and then i created a barrier to go over the text using fireworks and when i blended the faces in a i used abode photoshop, i used the blending tool and the blur tool to create this affect.

you would use bitmap as a JPEG of a gif on fireworks or abdobe photoshop as on these you are able to insert pictures, images and text for their logo. How ever if these get blown up to a large scale, they will get pixelated, but as its being used on the website it will be small

You can use the doby illustrator for this. This is good to use, the dots do not come up. When you want to englarge it will enlarge. This can be blown up to a large scale without being blurry or pixellated. It can be printed and cut out with a vinyl cutter and put on the van. The nursery on your estate would like a flyer designed to promote the facility- 

combines text and images. You can send files, made in microsoft file. But this would mean the person you are sending it to has to have microsoft fie on there version, a current virsion. You turn that file into  PDF which means a portable document format, this would be a scanned document or a word file to e-mail.

They should use a vector file on adobe illustrator to make text for the side of his van. This is because it can be blown up to a large calle without it being blury and it wont be pixelated. It can be printed and cut out with a vinyl cutter and put on the van.

They should use PDF file on microsoft word or publisher to create a graphic so that who ever they send it can open it on whatever computer or device they are on,they do not need to program they device they send you it on.

Computer	LIMITATIONS- They are very expensive and not everyone would be able to afford them.		The imac  with computers and thin screens are great amd giving you large screens without taking up to much space.It has least 2GB memory, so you can use photoshop a lot and any 3d packages. ‘£1,415.83- 27”
Printer	LIMITATIONS- The ink to fill them up is very expensive and it will cost a lot to keep filling it up and if you don’t have a enough ink you will not have a decent imagine.		An A3 inkjet printer is ideal for printing out any visuals required. ‘£226.66’
Scanner	LIMITATIONS- time consuming, it takes a while for it to scan images. Also, the imagine is not clear once its done.		Epson printer to use for scanning in sketches of logos etc. This is an all in one black and white laser, copier and scanner. ‘£226.66’
Camera	LIMITATIONS- there expensive because you need to charge the battery very often so it may run out while your taking a photo. The lens could get dirty, and memory cards cost and the more megapixel the better but more expensive.		This is the fuxfilm  camera this would be good because its one of the best cameras out and you can take the best photos and has 15megapixels, so its clear and you can see it clearly.  ‘£599.99’
Projector	LIMITATIONS- the bulbs run out quick, so you will have to keep replacing them every so often.		Panasonic PT-EZ570E 5000 ansi lumens wuxga projector with standard lens produces bright, clear images to display work.
