So to be a data administrator you need to be good at computer skills, be understanding and be able to know the hardware and software, you will also need to be trust worthy and be able to be loyal. You will need these skills because you need to be able to understand what you are doing and be able to know what you are doing incase you do something wrong you can correct yourself. Also you will need to be trustworthy because they need to trust you with the data and know you will look after it safely because if you don't you will get fired.
Characteristics would be important for any job because its like expectations, you want to make a good impression. Also, you would want to make people think your confident like you know what your doing and they feel safe and un-sured around you and didnt want to make them worry about you. Also, first impressions are IMPORTANT so you will need to know what your doing and how to do it.

Justify the protocol transmission type you used. Ensure you find positive and negative aspects for the protocol and suggest a second way you could have sent the contact.
My protocol i used was bluetooth there are many positive and negative points to do with bluetooth.
The positive points are
- It quick and easy
- you can be at other ends of a room and it will still send
- the picture is normally clear and not fuzzy
- its free
however the negative points are
- it can sometimes take ages depending on the memory span on your phone
- the picture may come through to big or to small and in result on this being fuzzy
- it wont send if your too far away in distance
- it can take ages for you to find the pair you want
- on some phones you need a code to pair with someone else ( which takes time)

In the p2 i done the blackberry bold it has a full querty keyboard, this is a good feature because it is clear and easy to type with, it may be a problem though because people with big fingers will find it hard to type with as the lettering is really small and the keys are close together. 40% faster web browsing this is a good feature because you can find things faster and quicker incase you need to get a answer fast, this can also be considered a bad feature as you may go on the internet to much and go over your balance and you might become to reliable on the internet for your answers.
Students with internet access as school is a bad idea because
- They may use the internet to do there homework
-May become to reliable
- Students might go on it in lesson
- it can disrupt there learning
- can interfere with there work
-internet may come more important than school work.
however there are good points like
- They can use it for homework but PUT IT IN THERE OWN WORDS.
- It can help them with easier learning if stuck and don't want to ask the teacher.
- Its quick and easy to access and they can find it easier.

What mechanisms have been put in place to prevent or control the implication
The mechanisms that have been put in place is having a chair which is up straight so your directly viewing the screen so you don't have to strain your eyes also you can dull your screen down so the screen brightness ain't so bright and ain't directly damaging your eye and you can look at your screen longer which will prevent you getting a eye strains, the chair also helps because sitting up right don't cause back strains whereas if you were to lean back your back would strain. Also with headaches that will link to eye strains as they link if you have a eye strain it will affect your head then causing headaches, which then you can dull the screen down like i said and also you can take a couple of 10 minute breaks each hour so it gives your eyes time to adjust.
Cyber bullying on the internet is when your getting harrased online, e.g- if you have facebook and you were getting bullied you would contently getting abusive inboxes and messages on your wall.
Also you will need lots of training so you'll know all the health and safety and what it regardes, also the working policy is to make sure everyone is well looked after in the work place.
When you send a photo i would use bluetooth as it is free and cheap whereas if you sent it through a picture message it would cost and makes you go over your phone bill and if not on contract it will take your credit.

Depending on your phone you can not get internet access or any signal in the middle of the country side.
If you send your phone through a 3g picture message it wont be a clear version of the picture you will not be able to see it.You can make your phone become a mobile hotspot and then send it to where ever you wan't the picture to be, and then it will be a much better version and you will understand it.

You should change your password regular to make sure you do not get hacked. This means it can not to damage and your data will be safe, also don't give out too much information incase people that are around you hear what you are saying about your personal stuff, and keeping your data safe. Just make sure you don't tell anyone at allKeep your files in a place where you will remember where you are putting them, so you can find them. There are viruses also that can cause alot of damage to keeping your date safe so make you don't download too much. Always log out of what you have logged in to aswell, because this can cause to some hacking. Most Wi-Fi hubs are encrypted so that you will not be hacked and your information will not get stolen or seen.
