If you send your phone through a 3g picture message it wont be a clear version of the picture you will not be able to see it.You can make your phone become a mobile hotspot and then send it to where ever you wan't the picture to be, and then it will be a much better version and you will understand it.
To send a picture message from your photo to another phone you can use bluetooth which is completely free and its quick to send and it works quite far range, however you can send it another way by putting into a text message which costs however much the network wants to pay its normally about 20p per picture and message and this could be a problem if you were to send it you could go over your bill.
